This tour is designed right for you – nature lovers. We will get a chance to immense in the tranquil scenery of Cam Thanh coconut forest, learn about the life of locals and be a Vietnamese cook between the embrace of nature.

8:00 / 13.30: You will be picked up by local tour guides at the hotel and then driven to Hoi An Market, you can feel the bustle of the morning market, contact directly with sellers. You might also learn some tips of “bargaining” when going shopping. Our tour guides will introduce to you the necessary ingredients for cooking class.
8:30 / 14.00: Then you will have a sightseeing tour along the Thu Bon River and Cua Dai beach by boat. On the ride, you will contemplate the riverscape, the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here.
9:20 / 14:50: You will be switched to a coracle and paddle on the canals of the Bay Mau nipa palm forest. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest. You can get some loveable handmade souvenirs made from nipa palm leaves such as hats, watches, rings ..
10:30 / 15:00: Upon arrival, we go fishing in the lake and playing Vietnamese folk game “Bit mat dap noi”.
11:00 / 15:30: After such eco-tour activities, you will be welcomed in the restaurant and participate in cooking classes with our chefs. The class will take place within 2 hours, the chefs will teach you how to cook Vietnamese foods and share valuable information in Vietnamese cultural cuisine. Then you can enjoy Vietnamese food made by yourself.
14:00 / 17:30: The guide and driver transfer you back to the hotel. End of the trip.
